Just 500 m from the fantastic beach on the North Sea lies this large, magnificent activity center, which is heated by energy-saving geothermal energy. In the activity room, family and friends can compete in both billiards and table tennis. If you are more into water activities, the large swimming pool invites you to spend several hours playing. The 8-person hot tub is located high above the pool and invites you to enjoy a pleasant underwater massage. As something really special, the house has an indoor balcony from which you can watch the swimmers in the pool room. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with double beds and their own flat-screen TV. Most of the rooms have their own exit to the terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy the incredibly beautiful view of the dunes and the landscape. The kitchen is very well equipped and sized for the size of the house, including 2 stoves and a dishwasher. The well-appointed and inviting living rooms have large flat-screen TVs, and the satellite dish provides both Scandinavian and German channels, including Viasat for sports enthusiasts. There is, of course, free internet, and you can also use the house's AV equipment for any presentations. The 15,000 m² outdoor area includes two enclosed dog runs and a 45x90 m soccer field with small and large goals. The property is therefore perfect for soccer clubs on training camps, as the pitch rarely freezes over completely due to its proximity to the sea, unlike pitches further inland. There is also a beach volleyball court, a petanque court, and a very large playground for children with a climbing frame, slide, swings, and a huge sandpit.
