Rural house in La Garriga

A rural retreat in a quiet, relaxing setting, where you can wake up to the sounds of nature and the fresh morning air. The house is part of a rural farmhouse, nestled among olive and almond trees.

The Space
Since this is a house in the countryside, a car is necessary to get around the area.
From the house, you can go on hiking and mountain biking trails, visit the charming spa town of La Garriga, or explore the small village of Samalús.
On the property, there is a vegetable garden, a fish pond, a chicken coop with chickens, and various paths through the woods and along a small stream.
The city of Barcelona is 37 km away, and La Roca Village and the Circuit de Catalunya are approximately 20 minutes away.
You can enjoy excellent local cuisine in the area; we’ll provide you with recommendations for the best nearby restaurants.
Amenities and Common Areas
The entire house, as seen in the photos, and the terrace are for the exclusive use of guests. The house has two entrances to the terrace: one from the front door and one from the kitchen.
The common areas shared with the other part of the farmhouse include the car park, the gardens leading up to the main entrance, and the exercise area.
There is also a washing machine in a common area if you wish to use it.
The farmhouse consists of three units spread over three floors, and we, the owners, are on holiday on the top floor.
There is no fenced-in or enclosed area for pets in the garden.

Other notable features
The estate surrounding the house covers 9 hectares of woodland and areas planted with olive and almond trees.

The property is also home to two dogs who are part of the family, a parrot, chickens, and the fish in the pond.

The house’s garden and terrace are not fenced in, so if you bring pets, they’ll have access to the surrounding woods.

Inside the house, there is one table set up for remote work, in addition to the tables in the outdoor areas and the one in the kitchen.
