Interesting!Great location, #1Apartment: Ok…but misrepresented. This is not at Cafe Opera. While only 1/2 block away, if they showed building vs building of Cafe Opera, you’d be less interested. Opening door….not into apartment….its an old, unkept passage…into closed, filth alley behind apartments. As you enter it becomes concerning. The apartment is ok….6.5/10. But building concern leaves you concerned for night.Great location, small store across street; pub next door (some noise, music for hour around 2300). Easy walking to nearly everywhere, assuming no mobility limitations. My wife has walker and was Ok.It was clean. Vent fan in bathroom must remain on..toilet could be cleaned better. 1 toilet roll…bought more across street. Refrig, freezer, stove top and sink. Bed comfortable. Shower small but fine. Washing machine, no products (but we brought our own). No dryer…just rack. Can’t dry outside…rain and bird pop alley area netted but clearly deposits (slippery) everywhere (filthy in that regard).Hindsight, probably not.Price for cafe opera, sure; but not as represented.
