The ground level features three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one with twin beds, ensuring versatile accommodation. An independent guest house offers its own living room, kitchen, en-suite bedroom, and a spacious private terrace with lounge and dining areas. Beneath the guest house is an additional en-suite bedroom, along with two staff rooms sharing a bathroom and a laundry area.

Please note this property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties, and quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00. A damage deposit of €4,000 is required on arrival and will be collected in cash; it will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
