This 67 m² two-bedroom apartment at 9 rue des Petits Ponts, Mougins, welcomes up to 4 guests in total, including children. Managed by LB Vacation Rentals, it offers a private terrace and balcony with forest and mountain views, plus access to the residence garden, shared swimming pool and tennis facilities. The garden is accessible to guests but is not private.



The apartment is on the ground floor. An elevator is available in the building, but there are steps on the route from the street to the apartment.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed, 160 x 200 cm.

- Bedroom 2: two single beds, 90 x 190 cm each.

All beds are suitable for adults.



There is one shower room and one separate toilet. There is no bathtub.



Electric heating is provided in the living room and both bedrooms. There is no air conditioning. Sosh fibre Wi-Fi is 1 Gbit/s. The living room has a 42-inch / 106 cm Smart TV with an Orange/Sosh decoder. Netflix is not provided.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is no dishwasher or ice maker. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided.



The residence swimming pool is shared, unheated, fenced and free to use. It is open seasonally from May to September, from 8 am to 9 pm. Please contact us for the exact opening date in May and closing date in September. The tennis facilities are shared with the residence.



A cot, high chair and baby bath are available on site free of charge. Cot mattress and cot linen are available on request. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are provided.



Pets are not allowed. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.



Our team provides 24-hour reception support and concierge assistance.



Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting.



Self check-in is provided with a conventional key lockbox.



One free private underground parking space is available. Space dimensions: 2.50 m wide x 4.50 m long, with a maximum height of 1.90 m.



Approximate driving times: Palais des Festivals in central Cannes 25 minutes (about 7.9 km); A8 junction 44, Antibes Ouest / Vallauris / Sophia Antipolis, 10 minutes (about 7 km).
