The house has a private parking space inside the property and a large furnished balcony with wonderful sea view. Cipressa is a small village on the first hill a few minutes drive from the sea, ideal for those who love a quiet holiday away from the chaos but close to everything. You will find two restaurants and pizzerias, a bar, minimarket, newsagent and tobacconist, pharmacy and hairdresser. The nearest beaches are only 3 km away. An excellent starting point for mountain bike tours and nature walks overlooking the sea. On the coast, the wonderful cycle path connecting Imperia to Sanremo awaits you.
