The Space:
Villa Moca is a spacious and stylish holiday home in a quiet area of Nieuwpoort. Upon arrival, you can easily park your car on the driveway – your holiday begins worry-free.
As you enter, you step into a bright and open living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The comfortable seating area and spacious dining table provide the perfect setting for relaxed meals or cozy evenings after a day at the coast. The living space offers stunning views over the surrounding landscape.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: a large fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and more. From the kitchen, you also enjoy beautiful views of the lush garden.
The garden is one of Villa Moca’s highlights: fully enclosed, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, and overlooking the surrounding fields – a peaceful haven to unwind.
The home offers accommodation for 10 guests with four comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a first bedroom with two single beds – ideal for guests who prefer not to use the stairs. This level also includes a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and sink, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway.
In the garage, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer – a practical addition for longer stays or family holidays.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed and bunk bed, and two with two single beds each. All beds are neatly made on arrival with quality bed linen. The upper floor also features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, and a second separate toilet in the hallway. Towels are provided in the bathrooms.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
