Beautiful villa in Atlanterra, a unique and in Europe very popular bay on the Costa de la Luz in Andalucia.

The Villa overlooks the "Playa de los Alemanes" and the way to Africa.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

The ground floor is the living room whit fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a guest toilet anda a separate spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and views over the garden and the sea.

Upstairs there are 2 bedroom, the master bedroom with the main bathroom and another room with double bed. From the terrace you can enjoy the glimmer of the city lights of Tangier.

This Villa includes a built-up area of 170 m2 and 2000 m2 of land.

The beautiful and well maintained garden offers many possibilities for relaxing, the pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (hot / cold), invites a refreshing swim, there is also a barbecue area with a beautiful dining table with benches and a large porch that completely covered is used as a living room and dining room.

For guests arriving in winter there is a living room with a fireplace.

Terraza inmejorable

Es la segunda vez que vamos. Lo mejor la terraza y el porche. La cocina está muy completa, tiene de todo. Los baños reformados, las camas cómodas. Tiene barbacoa en la parte de atrás que la hemos disfrutado mucho. Lo único malo es que en la tele no se pueden ver canales españoles.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir nach Zahara und buchen die Häuser über ZaharaVillas. Von der unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Buchung bis hin zur Schlüsselrückgabe war alles wie immer Tiptop. Bereits 2015 waren wir im Casa La Fortuna und waren von der tollen Lage mit Blick auf das Meer begeistert. Der typisch spanisch, rustikale Stil des Hauses sowie die gute Ausstattung gefallen uns sehr. Leider gab es in diesem Jahr ein kleines Problem mit dem Abwasser in einem der Badezimmer, das leider nicht auf Anhieb behoben werden konnte. Trotz allem war das Team von ZaharaVillas zu jeder Zeit mit vollem Engagement dabei, uns den Urlaub dennoch so komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Sehr gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in exklusivem Ambiente

„La Fortuna“ gehört zu den normalen Häusern in Atlanterra und ist durch Verzicht auf überflüssigen Luxus auch preiswerter als andere. Trotzdem liegt sie wunderschön in einem parkähnlichen Garten mit traumhaftem Blick über die Küste. Es gibt Platz für 6 Personen. Ein überdachter, zur Terrasse offenen Raum trennt zwei Wohnbereiche. Nördlich ist ein eigener Schlafbereich für 2 Personen mit Bad, südlich das Haupthaus mit Flur, Wohn-Eßzimmer, Küche und Toilette sowie im Obergeschoß zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad. Wir waren 2 Paare und diese Aufteilung erwies sich als ideal. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem und die Bäder funktionell. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber!! Die Unterhaltungselektronik im Wohnzimmer haben wir bis auf WiFi kaum benutzt. Die Bucht und das traumhafte Wetter ließ das Fernsehen vergessen. Der Garten ist groß, sehr gepflegt, in zwei Etagen angelegt, mit Pool und Außendusche. Und immer wieder dieser unglaubliche Blick auf den Atlantik von Cap Trafalgar bis Tanger!! Die Anlage ist nur bedingt für Gehbehinderte geeignet, da mehr als 20 Stufen von der Straße zum Haus führen. Die erhöhte Lage schützt aber Veranda und Haus vor neugierigen Blicken. Der Garten ist nur vom neuen Nachbarhaus im Norden partiell einsehbar. Es gibt Elektroradiatoren und einen offenen Kamin. Die programmierbare E-Heizung im Wohnzimmer war absolut ausreichend und am Tag war die Sonne Heizung genug. Das Wasser im Pool war recht kalt, dennoch haben wir den Pool - wenn auch stets nur kurz - mehrfach genutzt!! Der Strand ist leicht erreichbar. Mehrere Fußwege führen fast in Luftlinie (ca 400 m, ca 50-60 Höhenmeter) zum Strand. Sauberer Sand, sauberes Wasser. Der große Strand war meist menschenleer. Lediglich am Wochenende war etwas mehr Betrieb. Die Wassertemperatur lud durchaus zum Baden ein - zumindest einen Mitteleuropäer (geschätzt 19-20°C). Der Empfang bei Zahara Villas war sehr freundlich. Toñi Pérez versorgte uns mit Info-Material über Restaurants, Geschäften und Ausflugszielen. Dann zeigte sie uns die Villa. Betten und Bäder waren gerichtet, genügend Decken waren vorhanden. Ein Obstkorb und Wein stand auf dem Tisch. Wir fühlten uns gleich heimisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Das Ambiente, die Ruhe und die private Atmosphäre gibt es im einem Hotel so nicht. Wir werden das sicher wiederholen!!! Vielen Dank Toñi und dem Team von Zahara Villas

Agradable pero cara

Buena casa para vacaciones de verano. Mejorable en cuanto a sombra durante el día en las horas de calor, necesita sombra en el porche. El precio es demasiado alto, al igual que la mayoría de las casas de la zona.
