Situated at the ground floor of a marble neoclassical building, this stylish 75 sqm loft has been fullly renovated at the end of June 2025 and has been fully equipped for every need.
The spacious and luxurious living room includes a flat screen 55’’ TV with satelite and cable channels including Netflix and Disney+, a quality, big, sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking amenities, including a toast maker, a sandwich maker, a mixer, a squeezer, pots and pans of all sizes, coffee, tea, olive oil etc. The sitting area includes a small working station and a bar.
On the right side of its entrance there is a double king size bed (2,10mX1,60m) and a single bed, both with new quality mattresses.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a first aid kit and free toiletries.
At the upper floor there is a king size double bed (2,00mx2,00m)with a new quality mattress that can be turned into two single beds upon request, as well as a sofa that can be turned into a single bed.
All mattresses and pillows are covered in protectors and high quality linen and towels have been chosen.
Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi (high speed) is provided at all areas.
Its unique benefits are its architecture, a big bar where guests can make their own drinks and its beautiful, quiet garden where guests can have their breakfast or enjoy a drink after a long walk.
The Vintage Loft is located at 46 Zacharitsa st. at the picturesque Koukaki area. The metro station Syggrou-Fix is 400m away. The area is well connected by metro, trolley buses, buses, trams-which can take you to the lovely Athenian beaches as well as taxis which can take you everywhere at very affordable prices. The nearest aiport is the Elefthérios Venizélos Airport and the nearest big port is the Port of Pireaus.
There is free private parking on-site which can be available to you upon request, pending availability.The garage is suitable for small to medium size cars. Alternatively you can park right in front of the garage door or in the street (free of charge).
The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests. If you are a larger group, you can also take a look at the “Acropolis Koukaki Luxury Loft with Private Garden” which is right across the Vintage Loft and can accomodate 5 guests.

Everything about this VRBO was excellent! From the beginning Ioli our hosts was communicative and even more impressive when we met her! The apartment was clean, roomy, a/c avail, hot-hot water with a modern shower, and all amenities anyone would need. Ioli even gave us: wine, sweetbread, crackers, toast, and bananas..small things make big impacts. We didn’t sit in the patio garden but we stepped out there numerous times. Even met the turtle who was beginning to hybernate. This VRBO was our first international booking and definitely would recommend it!! Thank you-Ioli, it was such a pleasure to meet you! Absolutely Perfect Stay! This was hands down the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the linens and towels were top quality.Ioli, the host, was amazing. She lives upstairs and was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had the best experience. She gave us great recommendations for food and activities, and the apartment had plenty of helpful local info.She also went above and beyond by leaving us a generous selection of welcome items, which made us feel incredibly cared for. It’s the kind of thoughtful hospitality you rarely come across.The location was perfect—close to all the major sights in Athens but still peaceful and relaxing.We truly loved everything about our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. We had a lovely stay in Athens at this apartment! ioli took great care with checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment itself felt larger in person than it did in photos, and was freshly renovated, clean, and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend staying here - it's an incredible value for a lovely place that felt like home.
