Modern apartment with sea views
A peaceful location next to the sea. Feeling the breeze and hearing the sound of the waves. Beautiful views during day and night.Nice bright and airy spaces. Lots of outside verandas.
Cosy accomodation for up to 6 people comprising of a double bed in main bedroom, a bunk bed in second bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a temporary retractable bed.
Although next to the sea, the apt does not have access to the beach in front of it which is private. There are many sandy beaches close by within a 10-20 minutes drive.
Shops are also within a 5-10 minute drive away including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets.

About the host
Hosted by Nikos Kotinas
This is our summer house that we open out to guests when we are not there. It is well looked after and we hope that guests will appreciate the tranquility of the place.
Why they chose this property
The area is rural and very peaceful. Situated amongst century old olive groves with high trees that are very hard to find elsewhere. It is a great starting base to explore nearby beaches and other attractions like mountaintop villages, a winery, seaside fish tavernas, Corfu town, etc.
What makes this property unique
Guests can enjoy nature at its best. You can feel the sea breeze blowing and hear the waves rubbing against the shore. The sunrise and sunset is an experience that can not be adequately described with words.
