Just under two hours from London, Beavers House is one of three quaint wood cabins located in Brinkley, Newmarket, perfect for those looking to disconnect from busy life. Enjoy a hot tub, yoga in the treehouse, games on the green, al fresco dining, or a romantic row boat ride under the stars at this magical retreat. With shops, eateries, museums and much more, the vibrant city of Cambridge and the historic town of Newmarket are within easy reach.
Beavers House is a waterside cabin with an open plan living area and kitchenette. The fully-equipped kitchenette is complete with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The open plan living area has a comfy double bed, sofa and television, and boasts views out over the gardens and lake.
Outside, a decked area featuring a barbecue as well as garden furniture.
Each cabin has its own private shower room just a short walk away from the cabin, with a shower, WC and basin.
We take playfulness seriously, which is why we provide a complimentary badminton net for some light-hearted fun. whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player. There’s also a seasonal putting green, inviting guests of all ages to enjoy friendly competition in the fresh air.
Each cabin offers a private gated decking balcony, complete with a barbecue, table, and chairs. Embrace outdoor living and relish in al fresco dining surrounded by nature's beauty.
The lake adds a truly magical touch. Take a row boat out and glide across the water to Duck Island, home to friendly ducks and their adorable ducklings. Observing these native creatures in their natural habitat is a heart-warming experience that brings nature even closer to your stay.
Looking for the perfect picnic spot? Head to the charming gazebo, where you can savour a meal surrounded by nature and stunning views. Or venture up to the treehouse platform, home to a large family table, perfect for shared moments or peaceful yoga sessions high above the ground.
Located just outside of Newmarket, the site is under two hours drive from London, making it a great escape for those that want to get away hassle free.
