Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment , situated in a quiet environment ,but only a five minutes drive away from the trendy marina of Puerto Banus and 10 minutes from the cozy old center of Marbella. It is surrounded by several golf courses ( Los Arqueros , Monte Mayor, Antalaya ) . And only a few kilometers from the picturesque village of Benhavis , who has plenty to offer in the field of gastronomy.
The complex in which the apartment is situated disposes of 2 outdoor swimming pools and a gym. Furthermore there is a parking space in the garage beneath the apartment with a elevator giving direct access to the apartment.
You equally dispose of a 45 m2 sun terrace ( south orriented) with seaview and a view on the surrounding golfcourses.

Bel emplacement

Bel emplacement et appartement confortable avec une grande terrasse aménagée avec table ,salon de jardin et transats avec une vue dégagée sur la côte.C'est très appréciable. La piscine est à proximité et n'est pas surpeuplée. Par contre, pas trop d'information sur la procédure d'arrivée. Le code pour rentrer dans la résidence ne fonctionnait pas et les clés de l'appartement n'était pas dans le boîtier sécurisé (oubli du précédent locataire). Heureusement, Marc le propriétaire est joignable et a pu nous aider. Il manque un livret d'accueil qui serait le bien venu. Sinon, logement bien situé pour visiter la région.

Ideale locatie

Mooi ingericht appartement in verzorgd domein , een aanrader ! aperitieven op het terras of luieren aan het zwembad, alles is mogelijk. Veel golfterreinen in de nabijheid, maar ook de typische marktjes (San Pedro) , rustieke bergdorpjes (Benahavis) , stranden, oude stad, havenstadjes, alles vlot bereikbaar met de auto.
