Logan Lodge can sleep up to 20 adults with upgrades:

The Villa (BLUE) sleeps ten guests age 13+, five guests age 3-12, plus a baby age 0-2, in 4 bedrooms.

Pay to upgrade & get an extra 3 double bedrooms, plus second lounge with camp-bed & double sofa-bed, to sleep another 8 guests!
