Both floors have a large open-living area/dining room with a kitchen and cooking island.. The well-equipped kitchens have a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a French coffee maker, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, and an induction cooking plate.

On the ground floor, outside, there is a large terrace with outdoor dining space provided with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air overviewing the fenced private garden. Next to the villa in the green, there is separate area suitable for enjoying a cosy meal or using it as the BBQ area.
