Hello, just a couple of things. We do everything we can, and our accommodation is exactly as described in the photos. We don't deceive anyone. There was a socket in the bathroom... the kitchen socket works perfectly, and there are four sockets in total. If it was cold, there's a heating unit that works perfectly. You're the first to complain, and we host guests every day. We're sorry if it wasn't to your liking. Regards, Calmasuite.
