This cozy, renovated 82m2 vacation home is located in the charming vacation town of Marielyst and offers easy access to a wide range of family-friendly activities, from Marielyst Gokart and Paintball Center to Golf & Fun Park and a bowling center. Enjoy the scenic surroundings, including cozy restaurants, farm shops, and the natural beauty of the area. The house is located approximately 470 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches.The house offers free internet and a spacious living room with TV and Chromecast, as well as a wood-burning stove that is perfect for cold evenings and provides a wonderful cozy atmosphere. The living room also has an air-to-air heat pump and lots of board games for children and the young at heart. The kitchen, which is open and connected to the living room, is well-equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cottage has three bedrooms, all with double beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower.A very cozy semi-covered terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing, and when it's time to whip up dinner, you can do so on the gas grill. The cottage is located on a 1000 m2 natural plot, so there is plenty of space for play and relaxation, and for the children there is a swing and a play frame with a slide. After a long day at the beach, you can use the outdoor shower (May to October).Charging station at the cottage model: CEE plug IEC-60309: 5-pin, 3-phase with 16ANot available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
