The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. From the living room, you have direct access to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening while soaking in the mountain views.

After an active day outdoors, guests can relax in the in-house sauna (available for an extra fee) or warm up their ski boots using the convenient ski boot heater. There is also a private ski storage room available.

The apartment is ideally located just 1.2 kilometers from the base station of the renowned Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski resort – a dream destination for winter sports enthusiasts.
