15 Llwyn Gwalch Estate is a semi-detached property complete with an open-plan living space housing a kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas fire, Smart TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, two twins, the double is located on the ground floor, served by a bathroom and wet room. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars with a Type 2 EV charger available at an additional cost. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, 0.25 miles to the pub and beach and please note, two pets are welcome but there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is also a travel cot and highchair available. Awel Y Mor is a wonderful retreat in North Wales. Note: There is boat parking available. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties permitted.
