The Old Barn in Ciliau Aeron near Aberaeron, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
The Old Barn consists of a kitchen with an oven and hob and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave, a living/dining room with access to an enclosed veranda, and a sitting room with woodburning stove, TV, and books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Outside, there is a multi-level front garden with patio, furniture, and fire pit, an enclosed veranda, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. The Old Barn is a wonderful escape to Ceredigion. Note: A few stone steps up to the property. Note: The front garden is multi-level and natural, so use with care and at your own risk. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads at all times while outside, due to the public footpath and farmland nearby. Note: This property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
