We are pleased to hear that you found our housekeeping staff good and appreciated their efforts to rectify situations. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. Unfortunately, our Guest Relations Officer was occupied with an unexpected emergency event at another villa at the time of your check-in. We have since taken measures to ensure that such situations do not occur again. The currency issue, is not directly controlled by us as it relates to the website used for your reservation. If you booked through a US website, the rates are in USD, and we share the cost of currency conversion. We strive to promote our listings on various booking engines worldwide to provide as much variety of currency options as possible in an effort to limit the effects of currency conversion for our guests. The tea bags are not a standard provision in our villas. However, had you requested this, our staff would have been more than happy to provide you with tea bags to ensure your comfort. In terms of the safe boxes, we have checked the safe boxes provided in all bedrooms and can confirm that they are in perfect working order. The water feature you mentioned was promptly addressed by our maintenance team and housekeeping team. We have thoroughly cleaned the area to meet our hygiene standards and have taken steps to prevent such issues from recurring. Our maintenance team has fixed the flushing issues as soon as this was reported to ensure they are all in proper working order. We strive to take safety very seriously. We have inspected and repaired all lights on the property and properly fixed the pumping room cover to prevent any further incidents. We always aim to reply promptly to our guests' concerns and address all issues.
