About this property

Beautiful townhouse with unique location in central Huahin

Modern architectural style three-story house, 180 sqm, with beautiful interior design. A / C in all bedrooms and living room and two ceiling fans. Beautiful hardwood floors and mosquito nets on all doors and windows.
Three large bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower, a guest toilet. Fully equipped kitchen / dining room. Living room and a family room. Relaxing lush patio with water feature and a waterfall at the back of the house. Community swimming pool.

Quiet, safe villa area that is home to many Thai families. A few minutes walk to grocery stores, nice restaurants, laundries, massages, shopping and the sea. Hardly 15 minutes walk to the beach and golf course. Close to everything, yet quiet and secluded.

The houses are located on a small idyllic street parallel to Soi 51, a few minutes walk to the city center and almost 15 minutes walk to the lovely elongated central beach. About 2 hours drive from Bangkok. Most golf courses are within a 20 min radius.

The 2 top floors have balconies and 3 large bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds (6 beds + 1 extra double air mattress), air conditioning and fully tiled bathroom as well as TV / lounge room.

Lower floor; air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and guest toilet. Peaceful beautiful lush patio and backside with its own waterfall. Beautiful wooden floors and mosquito nets in all windows / doors.

Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included in the rent and light cleaning once / week.
We can help you make booking for mopeds and safe transportation to / from the airport.
Final cleaning is included in the rent.

Season: clean / week

Rental period minimum 2 weeks during high season.
Price by agreement for long-term rental (5 weeks or more).
HOUSE RULES
-No pets or smoking allowed in the house.
-No third-party rental
-For rent only to persons over 30 years old
-No other guest are allowed to stay in the house except the named rental tenants on the booking.
-The tenant is advised to water the plants on the porch during the stay

Shower towel and a set of bedding per person are included in the rent.
A deposit of 500 SEK to be paid to our contact person in Huahin up on arrival (1730 Bath). It will be refunded after checkout if nothing is damaged. Electricity consumption over 200kw / week (normal consumption) will be adjusted upon refund of the deposit.

Kindly recycle plastic, glass and metal. Leave it in bags on the side of the garbage bin.

Public taxi bus on Pethkasem rd brings you to most areas of Huahin for only 10 Baht. Order a tuktuk, taxi or why not rent a motorcycle or a bike.

Alles gut jederzeit wider

Hat alles gut geklappt von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise . Würde jederzeit das Objekt wider buchen .In der nähe alles was man braucht. Zum Beach zu Fus 30 Minuten direkt zum Strand 5 Minuten ohne Liegen und Sonnenschirme .Hatten Taxi Service der uns auf Anruf überall hin fuhr zu normalen Preisen .

Mycket trevligt centralt beläget gatuhus med ca 15 min gångavstånd till centrum. Bra pool. I närheten finns butik och även restaurang där man kan äta en god frukost. Mycket tyst och lugn omgivning.

Rigtig fin lejlighed/hus- god central beliggenhed ifh til byen. Der var alt i huset vi havde brug for. Dog er 1x rengøring til 17 overnatninger (5 voksne) i underkanten og vi manglede sengelinned og håndklæder, så vi kunne skifte.

Flott feriebolig , sentralt og nær strand

Flott feriebolig , med fin moderne thai-innredning. Vi var her i 3 uker i juni . Boligen har alt man trenger i en feriebolig. Verten var hjelpsom og hjalp oss med å bestille mopeder og transport til Bangkok. Beliggenheten er i et stille strøk og det er kort vei til fots til gode restauranter samt strand. Verten er skandinavisk og svarte raskt på våre spørsmål. Kan virkelig anbefale dette stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake :-) Paul
