Thank you for your review. We respectfully disagree with your statement that the house was dirty. The property was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and met our usual standards. While the house may not have matched your personal preferences, it was accurately represented in the advertisement.
Regarding the sofa, it is a leather, Chesterfield. This style is intentionally finished to show character and natural wear over time; it is fully functional and not damaged, that was the issue you mentioned of the house not being clean, whilst checking you in.
As you chose not to stay at the property and our cancellation policy is clear, reimbursement is not applicable unfortunately. We hope you had a good stay at the other accommodation in Curacao and not Aruba I hope.
