1. Access to common areas
To access all common areas of the complex, you must wear a wristband, which will be provided at the front desk. The wristband costs 200 Dominican pesos per person.
2. Guest Registration
It is very important to include the exact number of all guests in the same reservation to avoid problems gaining access to the Marbella complex.

Additionally, we need the full names of all guests so that we can correctly forward the information to the complex’s management.
3. Use of Air Conditioning
The air conditioning units are centralised and programmed to operate between 71 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit, in accordance with our policy that includes electricity in the rental fee.

Due to the high cost of electricity, lowering the temperature below this range is not permitted. Otherwise, the system may activate its safety mode and stop working.
