A true Norwegian mountain pasture cabin, completely alone in the landscape. No cabin clusters, no traffic – just open mountain scenery, grazing animals in summer and a silence that is hard to find elsewhere.

Located in Vinje, Telemark, this traditional seter (summer farm) offers panoramic views, total privacy and direct access to nature. The cabin is ideal for guests seeking a secluded, authentic stay in the Norwegian mountains.

The cabin is 55 m² with three bedrooms, a cozy living room with fireplace, a partially open kitchen and a covered terrace with evening sun and mountain views. The standard is simple but comfortable, true to the character of the place.
There is 12V electricity, a bio-toilet and parking by the cabin. This is not luxury – it is peace, privacy and proximity to nature.
From mid-June to mid-September, goats and sheep graze around the cabin as part of active mountain farming traditions. Hiking trails, fishing lakes and swimming spots start right outside the door.

Open for stays 15 May – 15 October.
