30 Lovelace Road is nestled in the Eaton suburb of Norwich, a primarily residential area known for its mix of family homes, terraces, purpose‑built flats and student rentals.

Just a short walk from the property, you'll find the green expanse of Eaton Park, an 80‑acre public park featuring playgrounds, sports courts, a boating pond and café facilities.

This includes all six double bedrooms, four bathrooms (one ensuite and three shared), the kitchen and communal room with breakfast bar. Guests can also use the dedicated workspaces located in Bedrooms 5 and 6, ideal for remote work or administrative tasks. On-Street Parking Permit for one car is available during your stay.


One of the bedrooms includes a private ensuite, ideal for a team lead or anyone wanting added privacy.

The communal area features a comfortable sofa and 50” smart TV—ideal for relaxing after work. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar for quick meals and dining. Fast WiFi and smart features like the TV make it easy to unwind or stay connected during your stay.

With four shower rooms throughout the property, there’s little to no waiting around during busy mornings. The home is modern and fresh as its been recently refurbished. You'll have direct access to a private shingled backyard, a washing line and outdoor furniture.

On-Street Parking Permit for one car is available during your stay and a Co-op shop and local takeaway are just a 2 minute walk away, ideal for essentials or an easy dinner.

The Nearest bus stop is “University Entrance” – Head north on Lovelace Rd toward Wycliffe Rd, then turn left onto The Avenues, then finally turn left onto Bluebell Rd. Take bus 4 fab4 to get to Central Norwich.

The Nearest shop is “East of England Co-op Food Store”. It is a convenience store that is open 7 am–10 pm.

The Nearest supermarket is “Waitrose & Partners” which is is a 6-minute short drive.

You’ll receive an email with your key box code and full check-in instructions before arrival. If you have any questions, we’re just a call away.

House Rules:
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
