Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

-Do not open staff-only cabinets marked “No Entry.”
-Late checkout must be approved: £25/hr (authorised) or £50/hr (unauthorised, up to one night’s rate)
-no parties or events allowed (£500 fee).
-Only registered guests may stay;
-undeclared guests £50per person/per night.
-refundable security deposit (£500) to be paid 7 days before check in date.
-Leave the home tidy, report damage, and treat the property with care.
-Respect the neighbours and keep noise low
