The attic, recently renovated, is located on the seafront of Portoscuso just across the harbour. In addition to 2 beautiful terraces, it has one large living room, one kitchen, one bathroom and two spacious bedrooms, for a total of 90 square meters.
For its strategic position, right in front of the islands of Sant’Antioco and San Pietro, Portoscuso is the perfect base to experience the charm of an untouched area of Southern Sardinia, still unknown to mass tourism. Sulcis Iglesiente is a region still ruled by powerful and savage nature, featuring wind-moulded beaches, high cliffs and a crystal-clear sea, and also important archaeological and mining sites: perfect for a relaxing holiday during all seasons.

Gas heater is an extra and costs 4 Euro per cube meter

Really nice accommodation and location.

Really pleasant and spacious first floor apartment above a B&B accommodation. Property Manager met us on arrival and owner lived on ground floor. Two balconies that overlooked the harbour and a short walk to restaurants and town centre where lots going on (music festival from 21st to 28th June which was brilliant with different types of music every night and all free). Beaches close to hand and good location to explore other parts of Sardinia.

PURELY AMAZING

It was an amazing stay. The apartment is professionally arranged. we also got the first day a free breakfast downstairs at B&B. It has two beautiful light badrooms, the city is cute, the owner kindly explained us a lot of travel possibilities from this location and was really friendly and professional. Me and my boyfriend really loved the stay!

we loved the apartment-it was so spacious and clean and the views of the harbour from the house and the 2 balconies were amazing.we loved watching the spectacular sunsets every evening.this was the best apartment we have aver stayed in, Carmela was lovely and most welcoming and we certainly give this apartment 5 stars!

We have been there in Mai. We have found a very nice aparment which was perfect. Nice, clean, great view over the harbour. The lady who has been in the house has been verry friendly. The surroundings of the place has been also verry good. Some places to our opinion have been even spectacular, for excample great views on the way to Porto Flavia. The bech near by was also verry nice although the water was not warm enough to go in for longer time. But anayway we have not intended to go swim. We have had a great time there We really can recommend the the place.

We have been there in Mai. We found a great apartment. It has been verry nice, clean and had a nice view over the harbour. The two terraces gives you the possibility to sit either in the sun or in the shadow. The lady who has been in charge has been verry friendly. The sorroundings are in our opinium sometimes even spectacular. Especailly the way to Porto Flavia. Theré you will find some views which are just amazingly . We can highly recommand the Flat. Everthing is just perfect.

Super Ferienwohnung mit tollen Terrassen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt direkt an der Hafenpromenade, und der Ausblick von beiden großen Terrassen auf Hafen, Meer und Nachbarinseln ist sensationell. Man hat dort den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung ist zudem schön groß und gut ausgestattet.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung von Carmen ist wunderbar gelegen am Rande des Hafens von Portoscuso. Dort finden regelmäßig kleine Abendveranstaltungen statt und man kann dort gut nochmal unterwegs gehen. Ein paar nette Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist im OG und funktionell ausgestattet. An einigen ecken sieht man, dass die Wohnung schon älter ist, aber alles in allem ist sie in gutem Zustand. Die Besitzerin ist äußerst freundlich und hat umgehend für einen neuen Toaster (war defekt) und einen weiteren Stuhl gesorgt, den wir moniert haben. Die Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern (ausreichend Schrankfläche ist vorhanden) ist bei Außentemperaturen von fast 40 Grad Gold wert gewesen. Der nächstgelegene Strand aufgrund seiner indutrienähe nicht zu empfehlen, aber im Ort gibt es 10min entfernt eine kleine Bucht, sowie den Hauptstrand am nördlichen Ende mit tollem Sandstrand. Wenn Sradinien, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

Die Lage, der Komfort und die Aussicht über den Hafen und über das Meer zur Nachbarinsel sind einmalig. Der Blick von den beiden Terrassen auf das Treiben im Hafen sind sehr eindrucksvoll und unterhaltsam. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gut, die Räume sind hell und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung für Ehepaare!

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Appartement direkt am Hafen von Portuscuso

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Zwei wunderbare Terrassen runden das Ambiente ab. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Fewo sieht aus wie angegeben. Die zwei Terrassen sind herrlich, der Blick, die Anbindung an den Ort und die Möglichkeiten vor Ort ebenso. Hier findet man noch relativ ursprüngliches Leben. Die Fewo ist an wenigen Stellen nicht mehr ganz neu, aber das tut dem Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und entgegenkommend.

L'appréciation est très bonne.

L'architecture de la maison nous plaît beaucoup. Excellente situation. L'appartement est soigné, sobre. La terrasse couverte bien appréciée, et le balcon aussi. La vue sur la mer, le port et le village est merveilleuse. Impressionnant sont les couchers de soleil en face de vous. Le trafic routier faible ne dérange pas. Appartement à recommander.

Angekommen und wohlgefühlt

Una meravilglia! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Schön, dass es noch Unterkünte OHNE Klimaanlage gibt! Die braucht es nicht, wenn man die Atmosphäre im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes geniessen möchte. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert und wertschätzend. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit tollem Frühstück , geschmacjkvolle, saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage! Wir würden wieder kommen. Grazie di tutto! Top Ferienwohnung

Wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nette Ansprechpartner. Leckeres Frühstück - kann optional dazu gebucht werden im UG, in dem es auch noch Gästezimmer gibt. Die Inhaberin wohnt im Souterain und organisiert alles wunderbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass Sie auch selbst alles herrichten können von Frühstück bis Abendessen. Wunderbar, dass es zwei Balkone gibt - entweder Schatten oder Sonne und die Lage mit Blick auf kleinen Hafen und Ort ist traumhaft. Sie müssen sich bewusst machen, dass es direkt Rund um den Ort viel unschöne Industrie gibt, teilweise auch brach liegt. Uns hat es nicht gestört, dass wir lieber einen schönen eingewachsenen Ort mit Markthallte und Restaurants und Kneipen mit Einheimischen bevorzugen und Tourismus Retorten meiden. Für Strand und Sightseeing empfehlen wir ein Auto. Wir würden ggfs. einmal wieder kommen. Wobei wir vielleicht auch einmal die gegenüberliegende Seite von Sardinien bereisen wollen. Auf jeden Fall können wir die Unterkuft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wunderbares "Ferien"-Penthouse !

Wir verbrachten 5 herrliche Tage bei Carmen und ihrem Team,deren Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft kaum zu übertreffen ist. Und dazu noch das überraschende Willkommensfrühstück im Garten! Wir schwärmen noch jetzt von dieser fast skandinavisch eingerichteten Wohnung mit den 2 Terrassen und dem Blick auf den Hafen. Die fast surreale Umgebung der stillgelegten Bergwerke und vor sich hin rostenden Industriebauten faszinierte uns jeden Tag aufs Neue : eine ganz besondere Erfahrung,die man nicht missen sollte.

L'appartamento è nuovo, bello e curato proprio come nelle foto. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.Ci ha aiutato a organizzare le visite e gli spostamenti, ma anche a trovare i ristoranti tipici e i migliori dolcetti sardi da portare a casa! Una splendida vacanza, perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista: spero avremo l'occasione di ritornare, magari in estate per vedere questi posti meravigliosi in un altro periodo dell'anno.
