Newly refurbished the house offers spacious accommodation (120 square meters) including 2 lounge areas with air-conditioning.

The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1 meter to 2 meters.
Outside there is a large sunbathing patio area with sunbeds, umbrella, and outdoor seating.

Why they chose this property

I like this area because it is tranquil and scenic, and at the same time it is close to the beaches and coastal towns of Formia and Gaeta. So if fancy a restaurant overlooking the gulf of Gaeta or one with the Aurunci mountains as a backdrop you are spoilt for choice!
Conveniently located 20 minutes from the motorway exit Naples and Rome are easily accessible by car and trains.

What makes this property unique

The 50 square meters swimming pool, for the sole exclusive use of the guests, with the Aurunci mountain view, makes Casa Sole paticularly unique.
It is the ideal place to relax and unwind and soak up the central Italian sun. With reliable WiFi you can also "work" remotely ..... if needed.
In addition there are many surrounding areas and places to explore, from mountain biking/hiking to cultural delights such as Montecassino, there is literally something for everybody. The hard part is deciding what you will do!!
