In addition, the property is located next to a local sports centre which has a tennis court, children's playground and football pitch, perfect for entertainment for both adults and children.One of the great attractions of this property is its spacious private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue, hammocks, perfect for enjoying good weather, sunbathing, reading a book or sharing a meal outdoors.The duplex also includes a spacious and cosy living room, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, with enough space for all guests to share moments together.The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals during your stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and a large dining table where you can enjoy family breakfasts or special dinners.The property has four rooms carefully distributed to adapt to different needs: a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the upper floor, we find a bedroom with a single bed, perfect for adults or children; a room with a trundle bed, ideal for accommodating two people in a practical and comfortable way; and an additional room equipped with a sofa bed, which can be used both as a rest area and a bedroom, all of them equipped with wardrobes.The property has two full bathrooms: one located on the ground floor and another on the upper floor.
