The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a quiet building without an lift.
The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-laid-out, designed to offer comfort and relaxation to every type of guest.
• Living area: cosy and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and direct access to the large, liveable terrace—perfect for dining al fresco, reading, or relaxing.
• Bedroom 1: spacious, with a double bed, simple furnishings, and a relaxing atmosphere.
• Bedroom 2: also featuring a double bed and a single sofa bed, ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
• Bathroom: spacious and fully equipped, featuring a washing machine, sink, shower, toilet, and space for your personal belongings.
• Terraces: The apartment features two terraces, one of which is spacious and furnished with tables and chairs, perfect for breakfast at sunrise or dinner at sunset.
• Hallway and common areas: airy and well-lit, they create a pleasant flow between the rooms.

Each room is furnished with simplicity and taste, to make guests feel at home in an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.
The apartment comes fully equipped with linens: sheets and towels included.
