The house and facilities were fantastic and the host welcoming and communicative. We had access to everything we needed and more. The roof terrace had an incredible view of the surrounding vista and we enjoyed watching distant storms across the plains and mountains beyond. The kitchen was well equipped, living spaces homely and bedrooms perfect for our group. Don't be tempted to walk to nearby Aldi's; the walk to Mercadona in Centro Comercial Las Américas is much more enjoyable which also sites various restaurants. We would happily return in the future.

This is the most luxurious property I have ever stayed in. The villa was large and spacious. The air conditioning was room by room and kept all of us cool. The kitchen was fully equipped and easily could have served 12. The master bath could have been taken from a five star hotel. The location was about 25 minutes from downtown Valencia and for us, only about 20 minutes from the sporting event we were attending. The host, Jose, was perfect. He attended to our needs and checked in with me every few days. In turn, we handled the incoming mail that was delivered in person and communicated with the neighbors when they were going to have some tree trimming work done. The four of us felt completely at home. We could not have gotten a more perfect rental.
