You will be the only occupants of this house which includes on the first floor, 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a bed 140 x 190 and the second with 2 beds 90 x 190, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Large kitchen and large living room giving access to a balcony. Garage, laundry with washing machine on the ground floor.
Cot and high chair provided on request.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Finistère!

Eine sehr schöne großzügige Unterkunft mit allem was dazu gehört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen herzlich und freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wer die Bretagne liebt ist dort genau richtig. Die Umgebung hat viel schönes zu bieten. Dafür waren 14 Tage einfach zu wenig.

Parfait pour passer des vacances en famille

Grand appartement très agréable, beaucoup de lumière et de calme. Parfaitement équipé et bien agencé. Le rez-de-chaussée/garage/buanderie est un plus. Très bon accueil avec petit cadeaux de bienvenue.

2 sehr schöne Wochen in der Bretagne

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Räume sind schön angeordnet - Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch mit Blick zum Meer (über Bäume hinweg ist ein 'Zipfel' Meer zu sehen). Gleiches vom Balkon. Ausstattung ist gut. Besonders angenehm fanden wir den Eichenfußboden. Haus ist komplett unterkellert - ebenerdiger Ausgang - mit viel Platz, zum Sachen abstellen, sich aufhalten oder spielen bei schlechtem Wetter (für Kinder). Der Weg zum Sandstrand von Plouhinec ist ca. 800 m. Trotz Zufahrtstraße zum Strand ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliche und angenehme Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Frau Thepault. Supermarkt und benachbarter Bio-Markt im Ort! Lage der Wohnung auf Cap Sizun für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in der Bretagne sehr gut: Felsenküste an der Nordseite gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Pointe du Raz und du Van ebenfalls. Auch die Crozon ist für Tagestouren in Reichweite. Vor der Haustür: Abwechselnd Felsenküste und Sandstrände.

Helle Ferienwohnung mit weitem Blick vom Balkon

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und fürsorglich, und wir wurden mit Cidre und Crèpes begrüßt! Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig und mit einem schönen Holzparkettboden ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und die Betten sind bequem. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die barrierefreie, großzügige Dusche. Da der Garten sehr groß ist, gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ein weiterer großer Strand in gut 20 Minuten. Alles, was man braucht, bekommt man im großen, gut sortierten Supermarkt im Ort, in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Woche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolles ruhiges Haus am Strand mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in Plouhinec verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und aufgrund des großen Kellers und Gartens für unsere 2 Kids ideal. Mme Thapeau war sehr nett und wir konnten uns auf Englisch sehr gut verständigen. Sie nahm uns in Empfang, zeigte und alles und hatte sogar frische Crepe und Cidre für uns besorgt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden und es gab sogar Strandhandtücher. Auch Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Spülmittel, Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrhandtücher etc. waren vorhanden. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein toller großer Sandstrand, der hauptsächlich von Einheimischen besucht wird, so dass man dort wirklich sehr ruhig entspannen kann. Im nächsten Dorf Audiern gibt es samstags einen wundervollen Wochenmarkt und auch ansonsten gibt es ohne allzuweit zu fahren viel zu sehen und zu entdecken. Das Aquarium in Brest ist sehr zu empfehlen ebenso wie die Kunstausstellung in Landerneau. Plouhinec selbst hat einen großen Supermarkt mit Fisch, Fleich und Käsetheke, in dem man sogar frisch gekochten ganzen Hummer bekommt. Auch eine Bäckerei ist zentral vor Ort. Ebenso gibt es ein Touristenbüro.

Nous avons passés une super semaine à Plouhinec. La maison est très propre et il ne manque rien. Proche de la plage et des commerces pas besoin de la voiture. Régine est très accueillante et donne de bon conseil pour la découverte de la région(pointe du Van , Locronan). Je recommande cette location Carmen

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus hatte allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Das Haus ist genau so ausgestattet, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Plouhinec ist kein klassischer Touristenort. Zu Restaurants muss man in die Nachbarorte. Wer aber ruhigen Urlaub abseits der Touristenströme mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. In der Nähe schöne Strände und viele sehenswerte Orte der Bretagne. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Belle maison bien équipée à proximité de la mer et du supermarché

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison. Voyageant sans voiture, la proximité du bus, du supermarché et de la mer, bien sûr, était très satisfaisante. La propriétaire était très accueuillante et serviable. Les enfants ont adoré leur chambre, le jardin et tous les jeux à disposition. N'hésitez pas à louer cette maison de vacances!

La maison est très propre et bien appointée. Rien ne manque. Très calme et bien située, près de la mer et les sentiers côtiers. Commerces pas loin; L'accueil est excellent et très serviable. Que demander de plus? Location à recommander.

Haus und Umgebung genau wie beschrieben: voll ausgestattet, geräumig, sauber und mit nostalgischem Charme! Zusätzlich noch Bereitstellung von Gartenmöbeln und Strandutensilien. Aber: Schnacken/Mücken ... also an entsprechende Abwehrmittel denken. Herzlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang und Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Viele gute Tipps und Informationen durch sie. Sehr ruhige Umgebung (Supermarkt in der Nähe) aber dafür Restaurants und Shopping im Nachbarort Audierne (ca. 5km). Möglichkeiten der aktiven Freizeitgestaltung vor Ort und in der Umgebung. Toller Sandstrand in 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Très bonne adresse pour un séjour de découverte du Finistère sud. Maison spacieuse, calme et fonctionnelle avec un grand jardin agréable et fleuri, proche à pied de la plage de Kersini et du GR34 pour de belles balades. Location très agréable!

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce, fonctionnelle, bien entretenue. Beau jardin fleurie. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Belle plage accessible en quelques minutes à pied par un petit chemin.
