This could be an idyllic property due to its size, layout and location. However it has several flaws, the most evident being that the property has a serious damp issue, the smell in the bedrooms is terrible and there is mould and peeling paint particularly in the master bedroom. We eventually had to buy air fresheners to mask the smell as the agents were unwilling to do anything about it. The kitchen was badly equipped, no kettle and although there was a mocha pot it was incompatible with the induction hob, apparently there should have been an adapter plate, but it was missing. There was a Wi-Fi router, but it was broken. Again the agent was unable to resolve these issues.The communication from the agent, Wonderful Italy, was good until there was a problem and despite promises nothing got done about the issues.
