Set between fields, olive groves and vineyards, with mountain peaks rising in the distance, La Vite is your home from home in Zakynthos. Boasting a sparkling pool with its own whirlpool section, the villa sits at the heart of the garden, surrounded by lawns and shaded terraces.
A bar area, complete with barbecue, fridge and Smart TV, is ideal for morning coffee through to late evening drinks, while a partially covered dining terrace offers shelter from the sun and open skies once the stars appear, perfect for long, sociable meals.

Inside, the villa combines traditional materials with space and comfort. Thick stone walls, typical of the island, keep the house cool even in high summer, while wooden beams and high ceilings give the rooms a warm, timeless character. The split-level living and dining space has plenty of room for gathering, with patio doors opening directly to the terraces outside. A double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, while upstairs in the eaves, a twin and double bedroom each have their own en suite shower room, offering privacy and flexibility for families or friends.

The villa sits near the peaceful village of Kalipado (800m), where a popular coffee shop, mini-market, chemist and traditional taverna are all close by. A little further, Agios Kirikos (1.6km) offers tavernas, a bakery and more shops. From this central spot, many of the island’s most beautiful beaches are within easy reach: Tsilivi in 10 minutes and Alykanas around 20. A boat trip along Zakynthos’ coastline is an absolute must, whether to explore hidden coves, dramatic cliffs, sea caves, or the famous Shipwreck Beach. For land-based adventures, wander olive groves, try local delicacies in hilltop villages, or let the kids splash around at the waterpark.
