A detached cottage located near the North Wales town of Bala, it can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Aran is a detached cottage situated near to the town of Bala in the Snowdonia National Park. It has two bedrooms, made up of a king-size and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a log burner, Starter pack provided for 1st night for wood burner. Outside you will find plenty of off road parking, lockable storage, gravelled areas with furniture to the front and the rear and a decking area. Aran is a homely cottage in a wonderful part of the Snowdonia National Park. NOTE: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi. Woodburner, Starter pack provided for 1st night for wood burner. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. rent. Ample off road parking. Storage. Front decking and gravel area with furniture, rear gravel area with furniture. One well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: 8 steps up to property. Note: This property has a check in time of 4pm. Note: This property is very rural and the WIFI is intermittent - 4G works fine. Please note: There is a dog supplement of £40.00.

Town: The picturesque village of Parc stands on the banks of the River Llanfor amidst the beautiful Snowdonia National Park boasting stunning mountainous views and easy access to the great facilities scattered throughout this delightful area. The nearby market town of Bala offers a great range of shops, pubs and eateries, whilst being home to Bala Lake, the largest natural body of water in Wales renowned for its excellent watersports and boating opportunities. Alternatively take a trip to the nearby popular towns of Dolgellau, with its monthly farmer’s market, or Betws-y-Coed, famous for its cascading waterfalls and enchanting river pools. With an abundance of great walking, fishing and cycling available throughout the area and easy access to the whole of the North Wales coast with its majestic castles and lovely beaches, this fabulous location is simply not to be missed!
