Geen instructies ontvangen voor ophalen sleutel ondanks dat we tijdig hadden aangekondigd rond 19u ‘s avonds te arriveren. Hierdoor met een baby en peuter ruim een uur met -2 op een parkeerplaats moeten wachten. 24 uur bereikbaarheid van VBRO absoluut niet waar. Alleen maar telefoonnummers die buiten gebruik waren. Uiteindelijk binnen gelaten door een erg behulpzame schoonmaker die toevallig op het vakantiepark aanwezig was. Het is een “niet-roken”-huis maar hing in het hele huis een sterke sigarettenlucht. Ook in de slaapkamers.
