Cozy Stay at Economical Prices!
This one bedroom, one-bathroom ground floor unit can sleep up to 4 people. It is located in a small town in Northeast Iowa that sits at the head of a 25+ mile bike trail. It is fully equipped with two 32" wall mounted SMART TV's, DISH Network service, Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen with full size appliances. The bathroom has a nice tub/shower combination. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and nice pull-out sofa in the living room. This apartment makes for a perfect stay for short term work assignments, family visits to the area, hunting trips, or just a quiet getaway for yourself. We offer a second, similarly sized unit in the same property, called Elma Guesthouse, Too.
