great holiday home

Alpana home is a luxureous holiday home at a great loctation. Great rooms, airco, light and a nice pool equipped with everything one needs for a superb holiday; close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet guarded naberhood; we loved it and would defitely recommend

Topissime !

Un superbe séjour dans une villa magnifique (les photos sont belles, mais la réalité se situe plusieurs crans au-dessus) où rien ne manque. Nous étions 6 en famille (2 couples + 2 ados) et tous pouvaient avoir leur indépendance ou se retrouver suivant les moments de la journée. La villa et les espaces extérieurs sont très bien agencés, ainsi que la piscine (plat <1m + fosse à 1,7m-1,8m environ) qui permet aux uns de se détendre au soleil lorsque les autres ne font pas des bombes ou sauts divers… ;o) Elle est par ailleurs très bien située, suffisamment proche et excentrée de Porto Vecchio et permettant l’accessibilité rapide à une multitude de plages (notamment Pinarello d’où une excursion en kayak de 3h est possible) et à diverses ballades / randonnées. S’il y avait un seul bémol (en cherchant vraiment…), il concernerait le terrain de pétanque qui n’est pas éclairé (mais c’est probablement souhaité, de sorte à assurer la tranquillité de la résidence). Enfin, François et sa compagne ont été très agréables et réactifs tant avant la location que pendant (à nouveau, un grand merci). D’ordinaire nous ne louons jamais 2 fois la même villa, mais nous ferons sans hésiter une exception lorsque nous reviendrons dans la région !! Bref, je recommande vivement, en famille ou entre amis notamment.

pas 5 mais 6 étoiles

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans cette villa . Un écrin de verdure et de roches naturelles qui enserrent une piscine extraordinaire . Le soir , les éclairages sont topissimes . Pas de vis à vis , du calme et une belle vue . Que désirer de plus ? L'intérieur est extrêmement spacieux. les chambres sont hyper agréables . La suite parentale est digne d'un palace. ( tout le monde la voulait ...) . La pièce principale est très vaste et d'un seule tenant , favorisant ainsi des soirées mémorables . Cette maison est faite pour la famille. la mer est juste à coté . Les commerçants atteignables en vélo . Quoi dire de plus ....ah si , grands souvenirs de partie de boules dans le jardin . Il y a un terrain de compétition pour la pétanque de vacances .. nous avons déjà coché nos prochaines dates. Famille Castelin de Bordeaux

Souvenir à partager ....un délice...

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans cette villa !!! La maison est à la fois isolée ( pas de vis à vis ) , calme , mais en même temps prés de toutes les commodités. La déco est top . Intérieur et extérieur . Les pièces sont grandes ( notamment l'espace de vie qui est immense ) , lumineuses , et propres ( tout est neuf) . La suite parentale du haut est un vrai palace ! La maison a tous les accès ( internet , réseau tel , télé , etc..) . Le jardin est un écrin constitué de verdure et de rochers naturels extrêmement beaux ( voir la photo ) . La piscine est chauffée et très belle. Terrain de boule sur le haut du jardin avec quelques parties d'enfer le soir . Franchement rien à dire , nous avons coché nos dates pour les prochaines vacances ... Famille Castelin de Bordeaux
