Downs View is a stylish family friendly holiday home based in the Old Town area of Eastbourne.
Set over three floors and with four bedrooms, this spacious house sleeps up to six in full size beds. There is also a sweet mini bed suitable for up to age five, plus a fold-away child chair bed - so the house can accommodate a family of up to eight (maximum six adults).
With lounges on both the ground floor and the first floor, you've also bags of space for relaxation and separate TV viewing.
Steps lead up to the front door and raised ground floor of this imposing townhouse.
This ground floor has a relaxing lounge set at the front of the house, complete with sofa, armchair and smart TV.
Continue down the hallway to a dining area, then on to the rear of the house where the beautifully-presented kitchen is situated.
Thoughtfully equipped for self catering holidays, it includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Sliding doors open to your private rear garden, complete with decked area with seating and a charcoal BBQ.
This ground floor also has a handy WC.
Up on the first floor you'll find two bedrooms. The bedroom at the rear has a full-size single bed plus a mini bed (ideal for up to around age five) - and an adorable toddler armchair too.
The larger middle bedroom has a single bed, plus there is a fold-out, chair bed suitable for a child. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers plus a selection of toys to keep them happy.
This floor also has a shower room, and at the front is the airy second lounge - which has two sofas, an armchair and another smart TV.
The top floor has a kingsize bedroom at the rear, complete with double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The spectacular bathroom on this level boasts an eye-catching free-standing bath, plus enormous walk-in shower.
However you'll all be fighting over the master bedroom at the front of the house. Not only can you sprawl on the super-kingsize bed, this gorgeous room has views towards the Downs at one angle, or to the distant sea in the other direction.
