Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
When my guys arrived they were stopped by the security and told they had to remove all their tools out of the back of their truck. My guys travel every week as we do Ariel line communications so I check every location to make sure it is okay. I tried calling the host and he sent me straight to voicemail/. Then when I text him and told him he stayed that his listing stated no tools or equipment. When I asked him where in the listing as I looked and then told him I booked it on VRBO and he said “oh VRBO” we don’t use that site. Then my guys went to check in and there were people already in the house: To top it off the host had me cancel the reservation so he would get his money back…. If I would have known that I would not have canceled and would have called VRBO . Be aware and do not trust this host.
