Lovely two bedroom apartment in a secure park residence with shared swimming pools and easy access to the center of town and sandy beaches.

Set in the lovely town of Mandelieu La Napoule, this apartment is ideal for a holiday in the sun!

It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a lovely living area with a sofa and TV, an open plan kitchen which is very well equipped and most of all a nice terrace with open views.

The shower room has a arge walk in shower and a wash basin, the toilet is separate from the shower room.

The apartment has wifi and air conditioning in the living room, it also has a private parking space.

The residence has shared swimming pools and is a 5 minute drive to sandy beaches and beach restaurants.

The center of town is an easy walk from the apartment with shops, a large supermarket and restaurants. There is also a large sports complex opposite the residence.
