Villa Eros is set in the heart of Oia, within the charming complex, only 1.5 kilometres from Ammoudi Beach and with direct views across the Caldera. Guests are welcomed into an atmosphere where the tranquil luxury of Santorini comes alive through sweeping sea views, spacious terraces and interiors created for pure relaxation.



The villa offers a private entrance and is fully air-conditioned. Inside, guests will find a beautifully furnished living area, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, ample storage and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. A flat-screen satellite television, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, refrigerator and seating area complete the amenities for a comfortable stay. Outside, the villa’s large terrace overlooks the Caldera, where the breathtaking sunsets of Oia create unforgettable moments.



Guests of Villa Eros enjoy access to the shared facilities of the complex, including an infinity pool which merges seamlessly with the Aegean horizon. A bar is available on-site, although it remains closed between November and April, and the swimming pool also closes during this same period. A generous à la carte or American breakfast, prepared with local products, is served daily and can be enjoyed while admiring the views. Room service, luggage storage and a 24-hour front desk ensure convenience at every step.



Please note that Villa Eros welcomes guests aged 13 and above, and children under this age cannot be accommodated. Extra beds and cots are not available. The minimum age for check-in is 18. Smoking is not permitted in the property.



Additional costs apply for airport transfers, which can be arranged on request, and guests are kindly reminded that a valid photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in. A damage deposit may also be requested at the discretion of the property, to be paid upon arrival and refunded at check-out, subject to inspection.
