Detached unit behind the main beachside cottage. Completely renovated and updated in April 2017, Pet-Friendly 2 bedroom/1 bath Bungalow with a full-size kitchen, new bath and private entrance. Single story, no stairs, it includes Wifi, cable TV.

The location is perfect for a getaway, nestled in the quiet neighborhood of North Clearwater Beach, yet walking distance to all the restaurants, parks, public library, public pools, and shops. Also one block walk to the Trolley stop.

Please note that the minimum stay is one month due to the location being in a residential neighborhood
Additional fee for pets is applicable

We are a local Tampa Bay family of 5 that purchased this amazing property as a summer getaway in 2016. We completely remodeled bungalow, and live here in the summer. We rent the bungalow during the winter months with a monthly minimum.
What we enjoy most about the bungalow is it's comfort, location, walkability, and overall ambiance of this unique section of Clearwater Beach.
