Detached unit behind the main beachside cottage. Completely renovated and updated in April 2017, Pet-Friendly 2 bedroom/1 bath Bungalow with a full-size kitchen, new bath and private entrance. Single story, no stairs, it includes Wifi, cable TV.
The location is perfect for a getaway, nestled in the quiet neighborhood of North Clearwater Beach, yet walking distance to all the restaurants, parks, public library, public pools, and shops. Also one block walk to the Trolley stop.
Please note that the minimum stay is one month due to the location being in a residential neighborhood
Additional fee for pets is applicable
Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the sofa in the living room is a full size pullout
