Panorama Julia is a hillside retreat nestled in the lush landscape of Agios Spyridon which enjoys panoramic countryside and sea views all day long.
On the same level as the private swimming pool and expansive sun terrace, guests will find a full equipped kitchen and a bright and airy open plan living and dining area, with various doors leading directly outside. The property is ideal for large groups or extended families, with so much interior and exterior space, there are plenty of places to relax on a sunbed with your holiday read or enjoy al fresco meals whilst recharging your batteries. On this ground floor level there are also two bedrooms which share a shower room and a cloakroom.
Stairs lead up to the landing, the same level as the main entrance and parking level where there are four further bedrooms. The wrap around first floor terrace provides guests with further options from which to enjoy the mesmerizing sea views. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Panorama Julia is just a short drive from the sandy beaches of Agios Spyridon (3.2km) and Kalamaki (3km) and close to charming villages such Perithia and the bustling harbour of Kassiopi (8km). The local village (1.1km) at the bottom of the lane offers a taverna, serving traditional cuisine, a mini-market and gift shop and can easily reached in a couple of minutes by car.
