Plenty of seating in the living room. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops. Beautiful, modern, updated bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and trundle bed, and guest bedroom has two twin beds. Includes 3 TV's, free Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer. Condo complex has a large sandy beach along the Gulf of Mexico that is only a few steps from your patio, and across Beach Road has a large, heated swimming pool, clubhouse, and boat docks. (Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, or security deposit.)
Reservations must be booked from the 1st of the month to the end of the month for monthly rentals in January, February, March and April. There will not be split month reservations accepted.
