Beach house, floor to sky sea views!
Mexico’s Pacific coastline blends rainforest and ocean views with slow mornings and golden sunsets. Connect, explore and be inspired by the wild beauty.
The property is situated across the street at one of the most pristine beaches in Mexico. Enjoy easy street parking, walk up the ramp to enter the home with 20ft floor to sky windows to vistas of the pacific. Large kitchen, and relaxed living space with sprawling views of Bahia de Banderas. One bedroom with private bathroom en suite and outdoor shower, furnished with king size bed.
Beach shower on the south side of the property and street entrance are the only shared space with other guests in second private home with separate stair entrance.
Beach shower is for all property guests.
Beach is 20m away, access is just a 2min walk north where you can rent beach umbrellas and chairs. Or a few minutes walk more to the south end of the road, access can be found along the last house next to the estero. We are located between the Four Seasons and The Conrad in Punta De Mita at Playa Careyeros.
Mauka and El Barracuda restaurants are fantastic venues with tables for reserve on the beach, only a few minutes walk south.
