Dormer bungalow, perfect for families, uni visits, weddings, groups and contractors, it offers a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, stylish bedrooms and multiple bathrooms.
Sleeps 10. However, we have 2 small double beds which can sleep 2 people, making it 12 people if you wish.
Outside you’ll find a large private garden with patio seating and pergola, plus parking for up to 6 cars.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome 🐾

We like to give guests their privacy, but we’re always just a call or message away if you need us. We live only a few minutes down the road and are happy to help with anything during your stay. Unless requested, we won’t come to the property, so you can relax knowing you have complete peace of mind.
Getting Around
Guests have the convenience of gated parking for up to 6 cars on the driveway, making it easy for groups or families travelling with multiple vehicles.
A bus stop is less than 50 yards from the house, with regular services into Durham City and beyond.
Taxis and ride-hailing apps like Uber also operate in the area, and Durham train station (10 minutes by car) provides excellent rail links to Newcastle, York, Edinburgh and London.
