Just 4 miles to all the action Downtown on Broadway. Beautiful modern house with 3 separate suites each with its own private bath. The first floor has one bedroom, a large living room with gas logs during winter, a dining room, and a beautiful kitchen with granite tops and stainless appliances. The second floor has two bedrooms with private baths separated by a second living room called the "Jungle Room" a theme is taken from Elvis Presley's Graceland. The house is decorated with music theme photos and posters from the Beatles, Hendrix, and Elvis. The owner is a local musician and always adding to the collection. Both living rooms have new flat-screen TV's with Comcast WiFi and cable service. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. East Nashville is the hip part of town that is home to lots of musicians, artists, and just cool people. About 50 yards out back there is the popular Southern Grist Brewery recently used for a photoshoot for Nicole Kidman. Hubby Keith Urban also attended that day. Across the street from that is the Vinyl Tap specializing in records and local brews. On the corner is a upscale eatery called Cafe Roze serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with reasonable prices. About a half-mile down the street are several well-known restaurants: Two Ten Jack, Rosepepper, Pomadora, Eastland Cafe, and Portland Coffee Company. Locals from around the city drive to these fine diners. A bus stop is nearby with rides to Broadway downtown for around 3 bucks. Uber is everywhere.
We do have a washer and dryer but detergent is not provided.
The gas log fireplace is available from November to March.
Lots of places to visit: the Grand Ole Opry, the Parthenon, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash/Patsy Cline Museums, and the brand new Tennessee State Museum which is FREE. It is located right next to the Farmer's Market open year-round which has in-season fruits and veggies along with several eateries.
There is a train track nearby. I even had guests that said it was romantic. Be sure to try some Nashville Hot Chicken during your visit. Trust me Medium is HOT. FYI after you eat Hot Chicken it is a good idea to wash your hands thoroughly. 😄 Have a good time. 🎸🎵🍸🍷🍺

Wonderful house for large families, or small group. Easy drive into downtown, access to lots of nearby shops and food, quiet neighborhood. (The trains did not bother us). Excellent value.
This house was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying here! Neighborhood was very quiet and nice and was only minutes from the downtown activities.
Our group absolutely loved this house. We can into town for a girl’s trip for the Saints vs Titans game. The house is amazing. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely stay here again.
This is a nice, appealing property. The layout is perfect for couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The owner is very pleasant to work with.
Crystal's place is just what you would want for a getaway to Nashville. Excellent space and the location is great, we loved being a walk away from the coffee popup Weak Coffee. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough that its not inconvenient. STAY HERE!!

Your group were great guests.
Hope to see you soon!
The property was great! It was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had a separate full bath which made it easy for everyone to get ready for dinner and a night out. It was a quick drive (Uber ride) downtown to all main attractions including restaurants and bars. Checkin/checkout was smooth and communication with the host was detailed and responses were quick. We will definitely stay here again!
The place was everything that we could ask for. The location was perfect. There were many places right nearby (in walking distance) and also a short drive to downtown. The host left detailed and helpful instructions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. If you are also looking for a city, Nashville exceeded all expectations. Looking forward to visiting again!
This quaint property was an excellent choice for our 4 night stay in Nashville. The house was spacious, very clean, conveniently located and close to Broadway. It was in a safe neighborhood. Check in/out was easy. Loved having a washer & dryer on site. It was perfect for three couples to getaway.
We planned a 5night trip to Nashville. My friends and I live in different states so it was nice to get away together. The places the host recommended eating were all delicious and highly recommend. The host, property were amazing, looking forward to going back in the future.
This was a great property! We had six in our party. It was clean, great suite type set up, communication was great with host, and there were restaurants within walking distance. It was a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown/Broadway.
Beautiful home, uncomfortable beds and loud trains. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom, unfortunately the house isn't well stocked with any extras so make sure that you bring everything that you need for meals. We try to treat VRBO's like we would our own home, but this home had so many rules that it was hard to feel relaxed.
I expected the house/rooms to be small, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms are large and roomy. Each room had plenty of storage with dressers and large closets. The freezer had plenty of ice for us and the kitchen was updated and well stocked. I thought the location might be in a sketchy part of town, but it was not. It was in a very swanky part of time and easy to get to and from downtown. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again myself in the future.
The rental was very clean and located in a nice area. However you will need to Uber to downtown Nashville. It's not in walking distance. I definitely would consider renting there again.
The property worked great for our group. With each couple having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very roomy. The train was a bit annoying at times (especially if you couldn't sleep).

We mentioned clearly about the train. You read before you made a reservation.
This is a really nice house, each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is extremely convenient and plenty of room in the common areas to congregate. It is close enough to downtown Nashville if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of Broadway, yet far enough to escape the madness. There are plenty of really cool restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy a more subdued meal or drink. The Pearl Diver is an exceptionally cool spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the place being able to walk to at least a dozen places to dine. We often take the bus downtown (around 3 bucks) to avoid the stiff parking fees. There is free music all over the city so be sure to pick up a free Nashville Scene magazine for schedules. We have seen Keith Urban, Vince Gill, Chris Young, Sarah Evans, Hunter Hayes and Styx all for free.
What makes this property unique
There are three private suites with baths in this house. Bedrooms have locking doors and on opposite ends of the house for privacy. There are two living rooms with TV's for socializing.
