The popular and unique villages of Newport, and Fishguard offer a range of shops, pubs and cafes all close by for fun-filled adventures and relaxing escapes. The Preseli mountains are on your doorstep and ancient sites abound in this mystical, magical location. If you prefer shopping to investigating the ancient history and myths of this region, Cardigan and Haverfordwest are both within half an hour drive, but even in these retail places, you are never far from the incredible heritage of Pembrokeshire; the birthplace of Henry VII. The views from The Lodge are stunning, especially the beautiful sunsets.
