We have a four bedroom 2.5 bath oceanfront available. The condo has been beautifully updated. This four bedroom is oceanfront occupying the top third and fourth floors. The master bedroom has a king bed, private full bath, and sliding glass doors onto an one of two oceanfront balconies. The second bedroom features a queen and a double bed and a full bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a half bath. The fourth bedroom is an oceanfront loft with two twin beds. The loft opens out onto the remaining oceanfront balcony. Twenty foot ceilings in the dinning room and LCD flat screen in the living room. Your condominium is home to beautiful hard wood floors, a wet bar, beautiful marble floors in the kitchen and baths plus granite counter-tops in the kitchen, and has it's own oceanfront swimming pool. All bedrooms sport color flat panel TV's, upscale bedding, and more. Plus you have an elevator and your own full size washer and dryer.

Great summer vacation

The description was everything it said it would be. Place was clean, plenty of towels. Loved the entry way with washer/dryer that we could drop out shoes & chairs and not drag sand in. Location on the beach was great! We would defiantly stay here again.

Garden City area is so nice. Smaller condo units and beach houses make for a less crowded beach even during peak season. This unit is very spacious with 4 bedrooms we traveled with 4 adults and 3 teens and had plenty of room. The second floor loft and balcony was a great for the boys 13 and 16. Ken was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the dishwasher lol. We found the local restaurants and shops was all that we needed. Being oceanfront is where it’s at. Pier was so fun. And the kids went to the ice cream shop literally everyday we were there. Pool was nice and clean and you can’t beat beach access right out your door. We rented beach gear and it was perfect. Elevator was smoking hot that would prob be my only complaint.

Thank you, Ken for being so easy to communicate with. You helped us with the challenges quickly and were always available. The view from this property is spectacular, and just the highlight of our vacation. Listening to the waves crash day and night was lovely. Thank you for buying cookware that was good quality. We enjoyed our meals together. The babies were well accomodated with room for their pack and plays. Thanks for providing a laundry alternative when the washer didn't work. Thank you for repairing the frame so that our daughter, who was expecting could be comfortable sleeping. You are kind and we were blessed.

Nice location and Condo

This property is a great location, it is a close walk to the pier with shops, arcade and food. Plenty of room for large family or several families. The loft upstairs was great for the kids and they had their own balcony. The Washer was broken when we got there and we were told someone was coming to look at it and no one ever came. The owner did tell us we could use a laundry mat about 15 mis away but it was a bit inconvenient. The pool was also closed for 3-4 days while we were there, when they close the pool they close the access to the beach so you have to walk around to the public access which isn’t too far. Overall it was a nice location and condo. We had a great week.

When we arrived after driving 14 hours, there were no keys in our packet. The owner asked us to "drive around" until he could get someone to bring us keys. The condo had 2 broken beds (1 of them the owner asked us to put books under until the next day) the silverware had dried food on it, the refrigerator had mold in it and food remnants from the previous renters. You literally stuck to the bathroom floor. The pull out was horribly stained, but "that wasn't counted as being a bed" so if the condo sleeps 12 where do the other 2 people sleep? Because there enough beds for 10. Our car was towed because we didn't ask for extra passes that were in the drawer in the wet bar. The owner was willing to compensate us the towing fee and refund a portion of our cost for the rental BUT WE FIRST HAD TO GIVE A 5 STAR RATING ON VRBO!!

Great location and nice place to stay for a week with kids.

We loved the beach front location and the general area, especially Murrell's Inlet. We rented for a month and had different groups of kids/grandkids in for a week at a time. If you are planning to be out and about most days and not intending to cook very many meals, this is an affordable option. We had intended to cook for most meals; however, the kitchen was not well-equipped, and everything looked like it came from a $ store. The unit itself was very outdated and the furniture is not comfortable. The beds and linens were very good. We did not have much communication with the owner - no welcome call or text. We did have a repair issue and it was dealt with quickly.

Great Stay! Great Host!

Our stay at Kens place was fantastic. It was clean, we had plenty of towels and Ken was super responsive to our questions and requests when we had them. I needed an extra parking pass and he actually hand delivered it to me! I brought my elderly parents to the beach with me and this worked great for them. This condo property has an elevator and a walk in shower in the master. They were able to move around easily with their walking devices. It worked well for them. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and silverware! Don’t let the parking comments deter you. Yes it’s an older complex and there is only one space per condo unit but the over flow parking is only a few steps away just around the corner. The extra lot is well maintained and well lit so no worries there. We felt perfectly ok leaving the extra vehicles in the lot. The extra area in the front where the washer and dryer are were perfect to drop your beach chairs and shoes as you come in. If I had to make any suggestions it would only be for more smaller trash cans in each room and some kind of luggage carrier to be available. I’m sure things disappear all the time in rentals but it would have been nice to have these little extras. But it would not deter us at all from staying again. Next time we will bring one of those beach wagons to load and unload with as the neighbors thought to do! Now we know! Overall you will not be disappointed. Thanks Ken for sharing your place!

Great vacation

My family of 9 enjoyed our stay. It was great to get up every day and sit in the living room or patio and watch the ocean. The condo was a perfect size for our family. The teenage grandsons enjoyed the loft as it gave them time to themselves. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. I really liked the entrance into the condo. You could leave beach chairs and other things so sand didn’t get on the floors when you entered the condo. Thanks Ken for sharing your condo with us!
